  1. Long wait. “Mike, I’m sorry. 40 minutes is too long. We have changed how we time pickup orders. Please call me at [phone] and your next meal is on us. [Name], owner.”
  2. Cold food. “Thank you for telling us, Ana. Food should never reach you cold. Please call [phone] so we can make it right.”
