Why EatFuti

Built for independent, family-owned restaurants

EatFuti gives a neighborhood restaurant what the big chains have, its own ordering, website, customer list and marketing, without the commission and without making the owner learn new software.

What you get

  • No commission. You keep 100% of the menu price on orders from your own page. One flat price a month.
  • Smart technology that brings guests back. It learns each guest: the usual dish, birthday, how often they come and when they usually order. Then it invites them back with the right offer.
  • Each guest’s text at their own time. Texts and emails go out one guest at a time, at the hour each guest usually orders, not one blast to everyone at once like other systems.
  • Done for you. We build the website, set up ordering, rewards and campaigns. Menu changes and hours updates are always free.
  • Live in 48 to 72 hours. Send your photos and menu, or we take the menu from your POS or online. No photo shoot or meeting needed.
  • Your guests stay yours. Every guest who orders is saved for you, so you can invite them back with a text instead of paying an app to reach them.
  • Help in your language. Help in English, Español and Tiếng Việt, from people who know restaurants.
  • Works with your POS. Clover and Square connect fully, so orders go straight into your POS. Toast restaurants get an order tablet.

Founded in Des Moines, Iowa, in 2020 by Tin Lam, who came to Iowa from Vietnam and started out as a restaurant server. Hundreds of restaurants have worked with EatFuti since. Read the story in the Des Moines Register.

Smart technology, explained simply

Every guest who orders on your own page becomes a guest profile: what they order, how often they come, their birthday and the hour they usually order. EatFuti uses that to send each guest the right offer at their own time, one by one.

A regular who orders lunch on Tuesdays hears from you late Tuesday morning. A guest who has not been in for a month gets a “your usual?” text. Nobody gets a blast at 3 AM.

Your POS stays the center

Orders from your website, Google and your app come into the kitchen the way you already work: Clover and Square connect fully, so orders go straight into your POS, and Toast restaurants get an order tablet.

Built with neighborhood restaurants

EatFuti started in Des Moines in 2020 working with neighborhood restaurants: pho shops, taquerias, Chinese, Lao and Thai kitchens, boba and dessert shops. Help is in English, Español and Tiếng Việt.

What you stop paying for

Commission on pickup orders that come through your own page. A website builder you never have time to update. A separate texting tool, a separate punch card, a separate social media helper. With EatFuti they are one system and one monthly price, and the guest list underneath is yours.

How EatFuti works with delivery apps

Delivery apps bring new guests who have never heard of you, and many restaurants keep them for that. EatFuti is for what happens next: when that guest wants to order again, they can order straight from you, and you can invite them back yourself. Delivery for orders on your own page runs through partners such as DoorDash and Uber Eats.
