How to reply to good reviews
A reply to a happy guest takes 30 seconds, makes a regular feel seen, and shows new guests that real people run the place.

Step by step
- Thank them by name. “Thank you, Linh!” Simple and personal.
- Mention what they liked. If they praised the broth, talk about the broth. It shows you read it.
- Add one small human detail. Who made it, where the recipe is from, or a new dish they might like.
- Invite them back. One warm line, not a sales pitch.
- Keep it short. Two or three sentences. Do not copy the same reply under every review.
