Delivery apps and your own ordering, together

You do not have to choose. Delivery apps are good at bringing new guests. Your own page is good at keeping them.

Step by step

  1. Keep apps for reach. New guests browsing an app may find you there first.
  2. Make your own page easy to find. On Google, your website, your social media and a QR code in every bag.
  3. Give regulars a reason. Points or a small gift for ordering on your own page.
  4. Save every guest. Guests who order on your page join your list.
  5. Watch the mix. Each month, check how many orders came from your own page. Aim for that share to grow.

Ordering and delivery apps

Keep the relationship good

Apps and your own page can live side by side. Keep your menu and hours correct on both, and treat every guest the same in the kitchen.

EatFuti is in Des Moines, Iowa, and works with independent restaurants across the United States, most of all in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas and Texas.

How it works with EatFuti

  1. Run the free check. Three minutes, no sign-up. See your Google page, where your Order button goes and how your site does on a phone.
  2. Say yes. Send your photos and menu, or we take the menu from your POS or online. Online ordering is live 48 to 72 hours after signup.
  3. Your website goes up. Built for you from your photos, menu and reviews, right after ordering is live. You approve it before it goes up.

Questions owners ask

Is it allowed to put my QR code in delivery app bags?

Check your app agreement. Many restaurants use a simple thank-you card; some apps have rules about marketing in their orders.

Will my own page take orders away from apps?

Mostly it moves pickup and regulars, where you keep the most, while apps keep bringing new guests.
