Step by step

  1. Let guests order ahead. Guests can schedule pickup for 12:15 from your own page, even while you are still closed in the morning. The food is ready when they arrive.
  2. Keep a short lunch menu. Five to eight dishes that are fast to make and travel well, at a clear price.
  3. Reach nearby offices. Leave a menu with a QR code for ordering at offices, clinics and shops near you. Office lunch orders are often bigger than one person’s.
  4. Text before the rush. A short text at 10:45 to guests who usually order lunch: “Order ahead and skip the line.”
  5. Show that you are open. Make sure your Google hours are right, so lunch searches at 11:30 do not show you as closed.
