Questions owners ask
How early should I promote holiday orders?
About a month ahead for catering and party trays, one to two weeks ahead for a holiday special.
Which holidays matter most?
The ones your guests celebrate. A Vietnamese restaurant may do more on Lunar New Year than on Halloween; a taqueria on Cinco de Mayo and graduation season.
