# How to get repeat customers

Getting a guest to come back costs far less than finding a new one. Regulars order more often, try more of the menu, and bring friends.

## Step by step

1. **Save every guest.** Name, number and what they ordered. Without a list you cannot invite anyone back.
2. **Remember their usual.** A guest who always orders the bun bo hue should hear about bun bo hue, not about a dish they never order.
3. **Reward coming back.** Points toward a free appetizer give a reason to pick you again tonight.
4. **Invite them back on time.** A “your usual?” text after about a month away brings back guests who simply forgot.
