# How to get more pickup orders

Pickup orders on your own page keep the full menu price. Many guests would happily pick up if ordering ahead were easy.

## Step by step

1. **Put your own Order button on Google.** Make your own ordering page the preferred option for pickup on your Google listing, so guests who tap Order land on your page.
2. **Let guests schedule ahead.** Guests pick a time and the food is ready when they arrive.
3. **Put a QR code where guests look.** At the counter, on take-out bags and on receipts, so the next order starts on your page.
4. **Text when the order is ready.** A short “ready for pickup” text saves the guest a wait at the counter.
5. **Make pickup quick.** A shelf near the door with names on the bags. Fast pickup is the reason to choose it over delivery.
