One catering order can equal a whole evening of regular orders. Make it easy to find, easy to price and easy to order ahead.

## Step by step

1. **Make a simple catering menu.** Three to six trays in clear sizes (serves 10, 20) and prices.
2. **Put it on your website.** A catering section with the menu and a phone number. Guests should not have to ask what you offer.
3. **Let people order ahead.** Scheduled orders for a set day and time, for smaller group orders.
4. **Reach groups near you.** Offices, schools, churches, temples, sports teams and clubs.
5. **Answer fast.** Reply to catering questions the same day. Groups book with whoever answers first.
